That has zero to do with some middle class people not being able to afford a home. The story is about liberal government. The news is crying over the rich victims not having permanent homes. The news spends zero time on the middle class who dont have permanent homes.
A simple fact, equivalence has nothing to do with the fact.
Democrats only care about lining their own pockets with taxpayer money and there's no money in assisting the fire victims. If the Federal government offered up some money every damn state government employee would teleport there with their hands out.A recurring headline here in California and now nationally is how the Palisades fire victims are sadly, still in temporary housing awaiting their homes to be rebuilt.
If some middle class people can not afford homes, they are not middle class. I am sorry my point is going over your head. I dont know how to explain it any simpler. That has zero to do with some middle class people not being able to afford a home. The story is about liberal government.
It is my thread, my topic, not yours. The topic was news coverage not government. The story is about liberal government.
Government built a restroom for homeless in Los Angeles. The cost was over a million. What is your solution? Ours was moving out.It is my thread, my topic, not yours. The topic was news coverage not government.
That said how come housing was not built where needed, affordable housing while republicans were in charge of California.
As long as we only point fingers at one political party the probles will always exist.
the politicians have us pointing fingers at one another while they destroy us.
MAGA is not the GOP. The GOP and democrats must go.
In socialism everyone, even the wealthy, will become poor and homeless. That’s what the Democrat taxes and regulations are meant to do.A recurring headline here in California and now nationally is how the Palisades fire victims are sadly, still in temporary housing awaiting their homes to be rebuilt.
This is reported as a tragedy we are suppose to be concerned with. The rich democrats of Los Angeles and Hollywood can not get their homes built.
I say good for the rich democrats, time to let them suffer like the rest of us in temporary housing. The majority, and I mean the vast majority of Californians are in temporary housing because there is no housing for us. There is no housing for most Americans. We live are now renting rooms. Actually we have been renting rooms since at least the 1980's in California. Why do I say good for the rich democrats, because they have lobbied and passed laws to keep their communities free of housing developments so that they dont have to suffer us people. Monterey California is an excellent example (they purposely do not build water infrastructure.)
The story is Newsom is not fit to govern nor be president.
It just makes me angry that the articles are written as if we should be concerned that the rich have to rent rich homes while I have to rent a lousy bedroom cause the rich vote to keep me in a lousy bedroom. I am in temporary housing! Most Americans are in temporary housing!
I get it, it is one story that they will use against Newsom as Newsom runs for President.
whoever builds homes for Americans, they will own the people's votes

I got a great job at SpaceX. I make enough to pay rent for a bedroom and pay off my house in Connecticut. A 5 year plan. With a little luck.Government built a restroom for homeless in Los Angeles. The cost was over a million. What is your solution? Ours was moving out.
I lived here, most my life, 30 years since I was 18. Ten years after that in connecticut. I traveled for work so California was just a place I lived part time. That made it easy.Government built a restroom for homeless in Los Angeles. The cost was over a million. What is your solution? Ours was moving out.
