Palestinians: Eight Million Refugees Must Return to Israel

What right did the Zionists have to take another country?

Quote the international law.

UN res 181

UN resolution 181 was a mere recommendation that flopped.

It didn't happen. It transferred no land, created no borders, and created no states.

It was an either/or deal that created the nation of Israel, it did not rely on the arab contingent agreeing to the suggested partition. Read it and see what it say about either/or party, and how any party that disagreed with the suggestion would be the loser. It took the arabs until 1988 to realise this and now they want to go back 65 years.

But you cant see that Israel was created on may 14 1948 by international law and popular demand

As usual you are wrong.

You have no evidence, none, zippo, that the Palestinian negotiators are demanding the Right of Return for millions of Palestinian refugees, to the State of Israel.

I have posted their demands many times . They are demanding borders that were never recognized before , No rights in E. Jerusalem and " Right of Return" . Present a thread that shows something different. You can't; Liar

» Abbas Shuts Down The Peace Process

AbbasÂ’s new red lines block just about every concession that the Israelis, and even the U.S., have requested. Abbas demands: a total Israeli withdrawal from all territories that went to Israel in 1967; that Israel complete that withdrawal within three to four years; that the Palestinians not be required to recognize the Jewish state; that east Jerusalem be specified as the capital of a Palestinian state; the release of all Palestinian prisoners; and resolving the refugee issue along the lines of UN General Assembly resolution 194, which in essence means sending those Palestinians claiming to be refugees, not to a Palestinian state, but to Israel, thus terminating the existence of the Jewish state Abbas refuses to recognize.

As stated before, you are an extremely stupid person

P F Tinmore, you would have in Hitler's Germany just fine.

So that means the terrorist attack upon the King David Hotel and Count Folk Bernodette negated the right of the Jews to a state?
No, the Jews established a country for themselves, with brains and balls and firepower...

The Arabs lost a country for themselves with stupidity, cowardice and unpreparedness...

You snooze, you lose... no do-overs.

And the Palestinians are still trying to rectify that crime.
There was no crime involved.

It was the birth of a new and sovereign nation.

Birthed over the bleached bones of a fragment of a defunct Ottoman province.

Much as a great many nations are birthed.

Old things die.

New things are born.

In a metaphorical and political sense, that is exactly what happened here.

An old, unincorporated, unchartered, unorganized, ungoverned fragment of land was further subdivided.

Part of it became the State of Israel, by virtue of the foresight and courage and willpower of the Jews of Palestine.

Part of it remained unorganized, and eventually turned into a shit-hole, by virtue of the unpreparedness and cowardice and stupidity of the Muslim-Arabs of Palestine.

"...And the lying propagandists call them terrorists for doing so."
When you undertake terror operations against your fellow combatants, you're fighting a guerrilla action.

When you undertake terror operations against countries and innocents beyond the realm of your fellow combatants, you cross the line and become terrorists.

The dumb-ass Palestinians crossed that line - repeatedly - decades ago.

Compounding their stupidity.

Oh, and just in case you hadn't noticed...

Once you cross that line... once you pick up the 'taint' of 'terrorist'... even more so when you reinforce the idea for years-on-end, repeatedly... you can never shake that label... you can never shake that 'taint'...

Or, it takes many years, at a minimum, once you've stopped... and the Palestinians haven't even begun that journey yet... the Terrorist Label Expiration Meter hasn't even started running yet.

Actually the arab Palestinians decided they would not be guided by Britain and set up a series of terrorist attacks. Those actions did negate their right to independence, until such time as they brought a halt to the belligerence.

So that means the terrorist attack upon the King David Hotel and Count Folk Bernodette negated the right of the Jews to a state?

Only until such a time as the Jews dealt with the terrorists, and that showed they had the right to self determination and a state. The Palestinians are still engaged in terrorist action after over 90 years showing that they have not learned how to act.

I find it incredibly ironic that Tinmore keeps making it seem as if Resolution 181 had no merit whatsoever when it was also the Palestinians who used it as a basis for declaring independence in 1988

UN 242 says nothing about allowing all refugees return to Israel.

I never said anything about UN 242. I have posted their demands many times. Read slowly. He has not accepted Israel along the " 67 Borders" we hear so much about. It's obvious to anyone with an I.Q. of over 20 that the plan is to eventually annex Israel to the Palestinian State so the Country with the JEWISH MAJORITY will cease to exist. Get it? Of course not :cuckoo:

You keep saying things that are not true. There were about 300,000 Palestinian refugees before the Arab countries went into Palestine.

Why are you blaming them for what Israel was doing?

Why are you blaming Israel for what the combined arab armies did to the indigenous arab Palestinians. The UN and the arab league know that the arab nations are responsible for any payments due to the expulsions.

The Zionists went to Palestine to take over the country and with the help of the British the commenced to do that.

What did the Arabs have to do with that?

Strange that the arab muslims always outnumbered the Jews in Palestine by 2 to 1, and that the British stopped all jewish immigration to Palestine while allowing large numbers of arab muslims to flood in. So hardly the Zionists going to Palestine to take over a country when they should have been wiped out by the arab muslims. History always tell a different story to your ISLAMONAZI rendition of what happened. The arabs had already taken 90% of the land under the mandate and wanted more even though they had agreed to allow Israel to be reborn. The only help Britain gave was to Jordan when it invaded Palestine and Israel in 1948 and stole the land in the west bank. The British did nothing for the Jews as they were still heavily anti semitic and full of Jew hatred. The fact that the arab armies and the arab league together interfered in the Palestinians right to self determination is were the whole problem starts. The UN in line with res 181 accepted Israel's declaration of statehood, the Palestinians could not declare due to the arab leagues outside interference

You do realise that using terror tactics, targeting children, planting bombs is not the way to rectify the crime committed by the arab league that caused the Palestinians to lose their right to self determination. It is no LIE to call the Palestinians terrorists after their terrorist attacks outside of Palestine. Even the other arab nations refer to the Palestinians as terrorists, so are they lying propagadists ?

The UN has no authority to change or create borders.

The peace treaty has been bouncing along on its face for decades. Nothing is happening there.

The UN can broker peace treaties and border agreements, so they don't change borders but countries do. Palestine lost its borders when it was annexed by Jordan and Egypt, and they subsequently agreed peace and borders with Israel. So you see once that happened Palestine lost its borders till it negotiates new ones.

That is incorrect. Nobody annexed Palestine.

Here you go historical fact

Jordan Annexed West Bank after 1948 War

On April 24, 1950, the Jordan House of Deputies and House of Notables, in a joint session, adopted a Resolution making the West Bank and Jerusalem part of Jordan. This act had nobasis in international law; it was only the de facto act of Trans-Jordan as a conquerer. The other Arab countries denied formal recognition of the Jordanian move and only two governments – Great Britain and Pakistan – formally recognized the Jordanian takeover.

Gaza Strip - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

After the dissolution of the All-Palestine Government in 1959, under the excuse of pan-Arabism, Egypt continued to occupy the Gaza Strip until 1967. Egypt never annexed the Gaza Strip, but instead treated it as a controlled territory and administered it through a military governor.[8] The influx of over 200,000 refugees into Gaza during the war resulted in a dramatic decrease in the standard of living. Because the Egyptian government restricted movement to and from the Gaza Strip, its inhabitants could not look elsewhere for gainful employment

No one recognizes this as well.

If by East Jerusalem, you mean certain decrepit Arab villages, then you're right--the Arabs can have those. If you mean the walled Old City, then NO WAY! There's the iconic picture of Israeli soldiers looking incredulously at the Western Wall, and even in this cynical day-and-age, I think that victory was a miracle. The narrow alleyways ran with the blood of Israeli soldiers, liberating the Old City. It's only one square mile, and it's Israel's right to keep it as the fruits of war. "If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither, let my tongue cleave to the roof of its mouth, if I place not Jerusalem above my chiefest joy..."

The right of return could be implemented if the Israeli's insist on the rest of the UN resolutions be put in the deal. So only first generation refugees return to Israel with no rights as Israeli citizens. That those that do return solemnly declare they are giving up all acts of belligerence and will not take part in any attacks on Israel or its citizens on pain of deportation and forfeiture of property. finally a clear bill of sale and a land deed issued by either the British mandate or the ottoman empire must be produced as the word of a Palestinian is not worth the paper it is written on.

15th post
Some Palestinians want the full Right of Return.

Some Israelis want to keep lots of settlements, keep the Old City of Jerusalem, and force Palestine to call Israel "Jewish".

There are idiots on all sides.

US State Dept informed Jordan that it DID recognize the annexation.. Just never formally announced it. I posted that a few days ago in another thread from State Dept docs. West Bank residents had FULL representation in government and the Kingdom tossed TONS of money into infrastructure development there. Times were good until Palestinians started taking potshots at official Govt motorcades and ran an actual INVASION of Amman.. Then the King of Jordan decided he wanted NO PART of the cause and abdicated the annexation. Lost 38% of Jordanian GDP to get rid of his Pali radical problem..

That was land GOVERNED and administered by Jordan for over 15 years before JORDAN LOST IT to Israel in 1967. And the CLAIM to it remained for many years until the King got schooled in the "reliability" of Palestinian partnerships..

Actually the Palestinians only recognised Israel's right to exist, and nothing else. And if 242 is the standard then many of the original refugees will have died and their claims along with them

This got me to reading-up on the Palestinian assault on Jordan, and filled-in some blanks on an aspect of my related educated that needed some shoring-up. Much obliged.
