The Palestinians have decided to take Israel and the USA out of the equasion,they have gone directly to the UN to recognise Palestine as a STATE without a negotiated settlement with Israel......Good on them I SAY.
The Palestinians have been under occupation for the past 63 years,63 years ago the UN recommended partitioning the former British Mandate into two States,One Jewish,One Palestinian Arab.
Israel and the rest of the World agreed to this partition plan,and Israel declared itself the nation-state-of-Israel....I WILL STOP HERE FOR A MOMENT.....THE REASON IS SIMPLE,THERE ARE SOME ON HERE WHO ARE PUTTING IT MILDLY....VERY ANTI PALESTINIAN,TO THE POINT WHERE THEY ARE RACIALLY VILIFYING PALESTINIANS TO THE EXTENT OF WANTING THEIR EXTINCTION.
I am a reasonable person but how can anyone dialogue with people with such a myopic view??????
The attempt to bring a solution to this matter has thus far has failed,failed because of groups like Hamas and Fundementalist Jews both are a blight.
A solution I hope is found for Israel and the Palestinians sake.As the years go by more and more families will be slaughted on both sides,no one wants this on either side.
I have spent time in Israel and most Jews and Arabs get on very well,they visit each others families and in many cases have done for generations,they go to each others gatherings,weddings,anerverseries(sic) and the like.......there is NO hate at all ,quite the opposite,so I certainly isn't all bad or negative that some try to make out.
There are some very ignorant folk in America that are just filled with HATRED AND NEGATIVITY,and as I said some on here.
But overall most Americans are very fair minded......there are always two sides to any conflict,I hope these two clever peoples have a happier future.
