Pakistan is accelerating its program to develop ICBMs to hit the US. Apparently, they are worried about American military actions against their nuclear facilities. I image our bombing of Iran has increased their anxiety. A Pakistan with ICBMs would definitely change global dynamics and would be a very worrisome development.
