It was hard for women to get credit back then....They had to build it by doing things like buying dishes on time at the Safeway and at women's clothing stores and such.

I guess it was about that time I applied for a CC and got turned down....Never mind I already owned a home, had a good job, and had never missed a payment or had as much as a late fee.

I wish they were as hard to get now.
