The VPC is a BIASED lobby group for the anti-gun crowd in America. They maintain a The VPC maintains a "Concealed Carry Killers" database of fatal non-self defense killings involving private citizens who are legally allowed to carry concealed handguns in public database of fatal non-self defense killings, involving private citizens who are legally allowed to carry concealed handguns in public. Well, how come they don't maintain a database of CCW permit holders who have SAVED the lives of thousands of people.

Secondly, their claims about "Concealed Carry Killers" are a pile of crap. The database was criticized by Clayton Cramer, who claimed that the statistics were inaccurate.[12] John Lott's Crime Prevention Research Center website posted an article questioning the numbers presented on the Concealed Carry Killers database. According to the article, suicides, which may or may not have involved a firearm, and motor vehicle homicides caused by intoxication, are included in the statistics.[13

Don't like guns? Then don't buy any.

But don't try to tell me what I can purchase or what I can't purchase.

all cities.

all cities.

Blue (Democratic) States had 46 percent more murders than Red (Republican) States. The Uniform Crime Report data suggests that states who generally have strong anti-gun views do not reflect in lower murder rates.
We can also conclude the premise that more murders are committed by person(s) using “assault rifles” (AR-15s) is UNFOUNDED.
We further concluded that one is more likely to be killed by an attacker’s hands/ feet (62%), by a cutting instrument (84%), or non-gun weapon (84%), than be killed by a rifle such as an AR-15 (2.8%).

You must live in a high gun crime state.

Nope. We rank as number 36, lower gun crimes than Illinois, Colorado, Oregon, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and many other states.

Gun deaths by state, ranked

The problem with most statistics is they calculate based on per capita. So naturally shithole liberal states with large populations are going to appear to have less gun crime.

So Penelope would rather be a teacher in a school that has no guns in it, and thus is an inviting, SOFT target for mass shooters, than one where law-abiding, gun-trained teachers are present to ward those criminals away ?

so your data is counting only legal gun owners that register their guns…not at all surprised to see mississippi etc report their firearms…but what about places like baltimore and chicago and the folks that own firearms illegally and don’t report their ownership?
