Over regulated Cali not allowing land owners back to their property to clean up until all debris passes government inspection for hazards.

It is incredible how bureaucratic the State of Cali is.

The building back process will take forever in these communities, if they are ever allowed to build back.

There is a solid chance the Cali government goes EMINENT DOMAIN and forces people to move in the place of “affordable housing”.

What a mess.

They will screw this up every step of the way.

This is what they voted for.

They should be happy. Pure Dem rule. The bluest of blue states. A liberal paradise.

No global warming in Cali, because they have all the environmental laws, right?

No problems in Cali.

Yep, and if in the area where insurance policies have been cancelled, are ripe for the plucking at pennies or less on the dollar to cut their losses, to make way for apartment development. When eminent domain, not feasible for the masses, fire will work? Not, that I am saying it was part of a design. Just saying.

All fire debris (home/businesses) is considered hazardous waste in CA.

Seven years after the Camp wildfire there is still more than a few burned-out husks of buildings awaiting removal.

There's this but it seems meaningless as long as their own FUBAR regulations remain in place.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom issues executive order to speed fire debris removal
