Out west Virginia streams

It will now be easier for coal companies to dump coal dust in streams. The regulation was struck down. While I agree with rolliing some regulations back why do want streams polluted? This makes no sense. It costs no money at all to dispose of it properly. Natural gas is far far far superior to coal which is why coal is on the way out.
