It is about to take one of the hardest hits it has felt since Sept. 11, 2001.

Californians are already being price gouged by their own goverment for gas, not is about to get even worse.

So if the infrastructure isn't there to support it, the 'energy' won't be either.........interesting! ~S~

Newscums poll numbers are embarrasingly low....

No energy = High Demand and Low supply.

We all know what that entails.

Three refineries are shutting down or retooling and the single greates supply of oil for California is shut down.

I'm not seeing how I'll be taking a harder hit because of CA's dumb-fuckery. :dunno:
This will send ripples throughout our energy industry. No one will get by without feeling the hit.

No, the San Pablo Bay Pipeline has not been definitively shut down as of early January 2026
, but its operator, Crimson California Pipeline, warned it faced a potential shutdown in late 2025 due to severe financial distress from declining oil volumes and high fixed costs, seeking regulatory approval for rate increases from the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to stay open. While the CPUC was considering emergency requests, ongoing disputes with refiners complicated the situation, leaving the pipeline's future uncertain without regulatory relief.
Key Details:
  • Threat of Shutdown: The pipeline operator stated it would likely have to shut down the pipeline in the fall of 2025 if it didn't get help, as it was losing money.
  • Reasons for Distress: California's declining oil production and high fixed costs made it difficult to cover expenses with low usage (around 17% capacity).
  • Operator's Request: Crimson sought approval for a significant rate increase from the CPUC to continue operations.
  • Regulatory Status: The CPUC acknowledged the request but faced disputes from Bay Area refiners, slowing resolution.
  • Impact: A shutdown would force Bay Area refiners to rely more on imported crude oil.
Current Status: The pipeline's operation is conditional on receiving regulatory approval for financial relief. While reports in late 2025 highlighted the imminent risk, an official, permanent shutdown hasn't been widely confirmed in the provided snippets.

Yeah, he wrote a script and had an avatar present it.

Nothing in the presentation is false or a lie.

He said the pipeline CLOSED.
Is that true?
Google says otherwise.

He said that the pipeline operators sent a letter to Newscum that they could not continue to operate at a $2 billioin dollar loss PER MONTH! And that they were going to close the pipline because no business can sustain that kind of loss.

Newscum just shrugged and now both Arizona along with Nevada are paying the price for his lack of human sympathy.

Now California, Nevada, Arizona, and likely Oregon and Washtington, are going to drown in their own energy crisis.
