If you don't know what she is talking about, then you have been in a cave for the last several months. It is and has been the biggest story in Oregon for the year and the rest of the world has also followed the story.

Are you sure that is what they are protesting? Wouldn't that be at the Federal Courthouse?
Nope, they are being held at the JUSTICE CENTER in Portland.

People show up every single time they have hearings and sometimes in between as well, to educate the public about the underhanded and illegal nature of the arrests, the murder of LaVoy Finicum, and the ongoing situation in the rural US, where feds are targeting, harassing, killing rural residents and property owners, as well as destroying private property, violating terms of treaties and other long-standing agreements, and denying redress to those who are demanding it..and in fact imprisoning those who demand redress, and charging them with CONSPIRACY for demanding it and discussing the issues over with friends and neighbors.

Currently the fbi scumbags are creeping around trying to get people in the Harney County area to say that Kris Anne Hall called for the "death of federal agents" during the meetings that she has hosted in the area, so they can throw her in jail, too.

What it comes down to..if you object to the flagrant abuse of rural property owners, and the obvious conspiracy between federal agencies (and also between branches of the federal government) to transfer ownership of our rural lands to the feds and their pets, you will be fined, prosecuted, assaulted, imprisoned, and killed.

When you consider what a small population our rural areas are, how poor the people are there now that the feds are in control, and how far they have to travel...the ongoing presence of protesters is amazing. The paper won't report on it, because they are in collusion with the feds.

Not just Oregon. Also Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Texas.

If they're protesting legally, not violent and not disrupting daily business then go for it.

The left wing nuts are just plain stupid to remember what happened a couple months ago.

Nope, they are being held at the JUSTICE CENTER in Portland.

People show up every single time they have hearings and sometimes in between as well. They gather to protest federal overreach and the overall unconstitutional nature of our current government. They educate the public about the illegal nature of arrests that are going on, the murder of LaVoy Finicum, the abdication of our free press, and the ongoing situation in the rural US.

Across the us, feds are targeting, harassing, killing rural residents and property owners, as well as destroying private property and bankrupting decent, hardworking people, for the specific purpose of seizing what private land is left. They violate terms of treaties and other long-standing agreements, and deny redress to those who are demanding it..and in fact criminalize, imprison and kill those who demand redress, charging them with CONSPIRACY if they dare to seek support from other people in their struggle against the oppression that has been going on for DECADES.

Currently the fbi scumbags are creeping around trying to get people in the Harney County area to say that Kris Anne Hall called for the "death of federal agents" during the meetings that she has hosted in the area, so they can throw her in jail, too.

They only get their information from federal employees and environmentalists. They won't interview, or even acknowledge, the swarms of locals who have come out and are quite vocal about the abuses taking place.

For example...the fake judge Grasty in Harney County has cancelled THREE community meetings. The first one was cancelled before the final four protesters at the refuge surrendered. Grasty would not allow people to use the public facilities at the fairgrounds to host a community meeting. Though he did approve the use of the same facility for a party for law enforcement to get drunk at and dance after Finicum was killed.

The community again attempted to have a meeting, after the protesters were arrested. Grasty refused to allow it on the grounds that it wouldn't be "safe"...in other words, "critical". He then came out with a "community meeting" that HE planned, only he was sending out invitations and only certain people were to be allowed to attend and only if they had tickets...which he had to cancel because it did not meet the definition of a community meeting.

So he and OPB decided that they would have a "community meeting" on the same day that many of their most vocal critics were going to be at court hearings..and they didn't release information about it until the AFTERNOON that it was planned...when OPB posted on facebook that there was to be a "healing" community meeting. Peter Walker, the UO professor of Geography who has been in this shit from the beginning, was of course given enough notice to get there..but the rest of the community didn't know until Chris Breils got wind of it literally 2 hours before the "healing" dog and pony show was scheduled.

People came racing from all over the state, and OPB and Walker were EXTREMELY surprised by the hostile nature of the community at their carefully orchestrated "healing" photo op. And OPB released absolutely no information about it all, because it didn't go the way they expected. Subsequently, OPB posted the proclamation of the meeting..but there is no follow up article or even a comment about it anywhere on their facebook or their site, lol. Because the people were NOT happy, they are NOT healing, and they DESPISE the lying press, the corrupt judges and law enforcement, and they want the Hammonds out of jail, still.

Local write-up with links to various and assorted materials

APRIL 7 MEETING AT HARNEY FAIRGROUNDS, A LOCALS INSIGHT. GRASTY SELLING “TALE” AS OPB MODERATES A TOWN STILL DIVIDED.

Now big government shills see the stuff that is being written by the locals, and they sneer, and poke fun...but the fact of the matter is, these people are writing this stuff because nobody else will. They aren't writers. They aren't reporters. But they are there, and they are fed up with what is happening to them, and they are absolutely appalled by the way the media has deliberately skewed these stories.

Well, it looks to me like the people of Burns mostly want to forget that chapter of the dingbats armed takeover of the Malhuer Game Refuge.

The Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Armed Occupation In Eastern Oregon

DOJ Launches Investigation Into Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer

The state DOJ said Wednesday that the agency has opened an investigation into one of the complaints about Palmer, although the agency won’t describe the complaint while the investigation is ongoing. Evidence of wrongdoing could lead to criminal charges and revocation of Palmer’s law enforcement certification.

Beyond the investigation, Palmer’s statements about the occupation have some Grant County residents worrying that the next anti-government action might happen in their community.

Palmer has become a focal point of the “what’s next?” now that the refuge occupation is over. Some in Grant County see him as a rogue activist more interested in advancing an anti-federal government agenda than protecting public safety.

“Sheriff Palmer’s blatant disregard for the potential consequences of pushing his personal agenda over the welfare and safety of the general public that he is sworn to protect is at the very least an ethical transgression,” Valerie Luttrell, John Day’s emergency dispatch manager, wrote in a complaint to state regulators.

First look: How the occupiers left Malheur Refuge

LOL. Kosher thinks that she is the only one with ties to Harney and Grant counties. Well, my great-grandfather was there in the 1860's during the gold rush. And the family ranched there until the depression. Most of the people I know, while sympethetic to the Hammonds, have no use for the Bundy's. They are outsiders that have brought nothing but grief to that region.

The stake holders in Harney County, the ranchers, conservationists, hunters and fishermen, BLM, and Forest Service are hammering out an agreement that works better for every body. And that is why the Bundy's and the fruitloops were there. That is the last thing they want, to see cooperative agreements with government agencies based on worked out agreements with the people that have interests in the area.
