march 12 2025 Yesterday, Oregon Governor Tina Kotek declared “Abortion Provider Appreciation Day,” aiming to recognize and honor the work of abortionists in the state. But pro-life Americans are aghast at a day set aside to celebrate killing babies.

“Here in Oregon, we understand that abortion is health care, and providers are appreciated and can continue to provide care without interference and intimidation,” Governor Kotek said.
Oregon Right to Life Executive Director Lois Anderson responded to the proclamation, calling it “unsurprising but appalling.”

“There is nothing to celebrate about an industry that profits from taking advantage of vulnerable women and ending the lives of innocent human beings under the guise of ‘health care,’” Anderson said. “Oregon Democrats’ continued obsession with abortion until birth is honestly disturbing."

I second this. Unborn babies don't go out of their way to be monsters the way that certain people choose to look at them because it isn't an unborn baby's choice to exist in the first place. If an unborn baby is considered that vile, what label should we give rapists, child molesters, and full fledge murderers?
