We have a surplus of babies being born so the birthrate being an issue is nonsensical. All contraception has done is improve society.

Let me explain this nonsense: Many Democrats falsely equate opposition to over-the-counter abortion pills as opposition to "contraception."

I would venture to wager that at least 98% of Republicans have no problem with women having access to means of contraception, such as birth-control pills, spermicide foams, condoms, IUDs, or pregnancy-preventing surgery, etc., etc.

This is a phony non-issue that Democrats raise to scare their voters into believing that Republicans want to ban contraceptives.
