OOPS. Democrats tried to 'gut' the Office of Congressional Ethics in 2010, where was the outcry then?

"This tidbit likely falls in the “do as we say, not as we do” column that Democrats LOVE to fall back on.
All day today (and yesterday), the Left has been bellowing and bleating about Republicans voting to do away with the Independent Ethics Committee aka the Office of Congressional Ethics.
You’d think the Democrats would applaud this action, considering they tried to do the same thing in 2010.
