It would be nice if Trump could appoint another Supreme Court justice or two. But that partially depends on how the midterm goes, especially with something like 22 or the 35 Senate seats up for grab currently being held by Republicans. If Democrats regain Senate control, there is no way a Supreme Court justice nominee gets a hearing in 2028.
