I'll put it to you plain. People scared of Musk and Trump should realize that if the government had not pushed the public this far, had not abused its power, had not vilified common people because of their viewpoints, had not resorted to violence, riots, or intimidation tactics, had not resorted to destroying the livelihoods of people that they disagreed with--- they would not be where they are. People would not have been compelled to vote for the opposite 'extreme.' One side got too extreme for the public to tolerate. The pendulum swung. The people who voted for the left's brand shouldn't be blaming others for the fear they feel. So despite what experts and pundits tell you, elections have consequences. Your fear is one of them.

One extreme begets another.

Or when Newt Gingerich, who left his wife in hospital with breast cancer to marry his congressional aide, impeached Bill Clinton over a lie about a consenual blow job.

Or when W's and Cheney's gang held on to their shares of Haliburton, even as the federal government was contracting with their firms.

Or when Republicans held 7 Benghazi Hearings, none of which found any improper or criminal activity on the part of anyone in the Administration, all at taxpayer expense, and all to discredit Hillary Clinton.

Or when McConnell refused to even meet with Obama's pick for the SC, and then rammed through the appointment of ACB on the even of the election.

Or when Trump tried to overturn the results of the 2020 election by sending a mob to the Capitol.

Or today, when Trump is just rounding people up and "disappearing" them, just like in Russia, or China, or North Korea.
