Old, Stubborn Republican Has Moment Of Clarity

It is rare for a conservative to have a rational thought. And a rational thought coupled with an admission of a mistake, wow, that is unheard of.

But it HAS happened, and it happened to none other than John McCain.

Having defended the Big Orange Head’s stupidity since he took office, McCain finally admitted what the majority of Americans have known all along, the U.S. was better off when Obama was president.

This truthful admission by a respected Republican is going to make conservatives apoplectic.

Perhaps McCain’s baby step towards rational thinking will motivate him to try it again. He might even come to realize conservatism is destroying this country, with its exclusive service to the top 0.1%. But, that is probably far too much to expect from a mindless conservative. And no one fits the description of “mindless conservative” better than John McCain. He has served as a perfect example of the destructive nature of conservatism since the stone age.
