After you work out, do you wash your clothes, like, everyday?

I know that I am supposed to work out/exercise everyday, but when I think about all the sports clothes (btw, is this the proper name to call them?), I just get lazy AF. It's a major reason that I don't work out like I should. Too lazy to do the washing up.

Just wondering

All should if it was a hard sweaty workout. The clothes laying around un washed is a breeding ground for bacteria

Well, no, because obviously most people own more than one set of clothes and wash them all together once or twice a week. That’s how doing laundry works.

Plus, there’s overlap between “workout clothes” and “regular clothes”. It’s not like working out automatically doubles your amount of laundry.

The tank top and shorts you wear to the gym you can also wear to the store or wherever you’re going. It’s not necessary to completely change in and out into a whole new outfit every time you workout

I do my laundry just about every day. My wash machine only takes 30 minutes.

God bless you always!!!
