They won't litigate, JimH. None of the clean up workers hired by BP has a right to do so; forebearing to sue was a condition of their employment. Everyone else works for Uncle Sam and they cannot sue either. No member of the armed forces can sue for perils he encounters while deployed.

Their illnesses are completely forseeable, and some who have no symptoms now (and most that do) will die from complications in a decade or two. I wonder how many Americans Tony Hayworth (BP's CEO) gets to kill with immunity before he and his wretched group of fellow BP executives gets arrested for murder?

Many times more Americans will die at Tony Hayworth's hands from this spill than died at Osama Bin Laden's. How's about we get up an extradiction order and fire up a needle for old Tony?
