Edgewood Elementary School in Marysville, Ohio will begin allowing students to take time off during the school day to attend the Hellion Academy of Independent Learning (HAIL), which is sponsored by the Satanic Temple. No official word yet, but there is little reason to doubt Pastafarians might also take advantage of the new law that allows students to leave campus during the school day to receive religious training. It's not clear if this is the outcome that was expected when the law was first passed.

"We aren’t trying to shut the LifeWise Academy down, but I do think a lot of school districts don’t realize when they open the door for one religion, they open it for all of them,” Everett said.

Satanists be like, we don't really believe in satan.

It's Ok, I know some self proclaimed Christians that don't really believe in Christ.

What can I say, people are nuts.

So worshiping Satan isn't a religion?

A much better idea is

SCHOOL VOUCHERS

and if there is demand from actual parents, a "satanic school" for their kids...

When I first joined my current church there were maybe 25 or so parishioners... now its hard to find a place to park... I think there is a spiritual revival coming... and its because of stories like this...

Oh I do. Horns, leathery wings, hooves, expensive suits, fancy nightclub in LA... the whole nine yards

They are young and dumb. Most of them probably dont even believe in anything yet. I recall being in university and a guy handing out religious flyers in the hallway and I just wanted to go about my business. When he tried to force the flyer into my hand I said with a straight face, "sorry I believe in satan". He looked at me with disbelief but withdrew his flyer. I was only messing around of course, I just wanted to be left alone to listen to my headphones. Young people are dumb, of this fact Harris was being honest and accurate.
