He may have a point. When you openly welcome illegals into your state then they are invited guests, at least to him anyway. If you refuse to let feds in to enforce federal immigration laws because you refuse to enforce them yourself then the feds are not welcome, at least to him anyway. And, if I remember correctly, this guy has said in the past that he wants to make the whole country just like California. He had been trying to trick Americans into thinking he was a changed man into a moderate, but this clearly shows his true progressive colors.
