Last year it was Bush and the evil Republicans who were the fascists. This year it's Obama and the evil Dems.
I never thought Bush was a Fascist... no reason to think that. Obama has given plenty of reasons.

If you were to look at the quotes in isolation of the larger picture - like the quote you gave - it certainly reflects many aspects of the Bush administration and of the more extreme of the rightwing's views.

But that doesn't make either Bush or Obama and their "minions" fascist.
