I know, and Don Trump and the whole literate world knows that on January 6, 2021 Mike Pence was in a ceremonial role. He was not there to ācertify the resultsā. He was there too initiate and conclude the counting of the state electoral certificates.
Between election day and January 6, 2021, Don Trump, oversaw a seven state and federal criminal conspiracy to take Mike Penceās roll beyond the ceremonial reality of itās legitimacy.
DonTrump has been indicted in Georgia and by federal authorities for his role leading the criminal conspiracy to subvert the constitution by asking Mike Pence to acknowledge the receipt of falsified electoral certificates from seven states that Don Trump lost.
Don Trump was not asking his vice president to ācertifyā the results. Don Trump was asking his vice president on January 6, 2021 to recognize the false reality that there were two sets of certificates presented to him on the joint session of Congress floor. The plan was for Mike Pence to recognize that he had two slates of electors from Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and New Mexico in front of him. Aa
And because of that Mike Pence was to recognize that the elections in those states were in dispute. Of course that was a lie. It was an unconstitutional, deplorable act for Donald Trump to set that up .
What Donald Trump wanted Mike Pence to do when having two sets of electors before him was to ānot countā those states and then in the end re-tally the electoral college count and declare Don Trump and Mike Pence the winners of the 2020 election.
The Eastman memo acknowledges that such an act would be objectionable to the constitution however, the intent was according to the Eastman memo written for Don Trump wast create d chaos.
The criminal intent was to create chaos and a constitutional crisis with severe ramifications in American cities and across the country that would justify the US House of Representatives, as one possible solution to resolve the fake chaos. The House deciding the election favored Trump of course, Don Trump.
Don Trump as the sitting president is on record by the Eastman memo and the activities that took place on January 6, 2021 as a sitting present who would deliberately cause a severe reaction of violence, hysteria in the backdrop of massive peaceful protest nationwide.
The man shouldāve been allowed to have this all settled in a court of law so we all could know the facts leading to a juryā decision. Facts that are available and have been presented quite well by the January 6 investigation committee, but not adjudicated in a court of law.
