After researching this subject for months now, it is clear that Obamacare is going to be a big savings and revenue generator due to the various taxes and penalties. It definitely is not going to increase cost to Medicaid. Since 2009 they dis-enrolled over 11 million people to make room for the anticipating 6.5 million new enrollees and the 1.5 added children to CHP.

They anticipate 12 million that will be eligible for subsidies and 11 million that will pay full price for coverage since fall into a higher income bracket.

The only ones getting the royal shaft is the tax payers and there is no doubt that we have been lied to, manipulated into believing that healthcare costs is why we all have to pay higher premiums and to cover high risk populations.

People should be very angry over this if they only knew the truth.

Because it is partisan to oppose a system that fails to deliver on its promises, that will leave millions on inferior health insurance systems, that will cost excessive amounts of money and that will raise costs for all involved. Right, sparky?

Did Congress consider changing the EMTALA LAW–the real reason for uncompensated costs–rather than forcing ObamaCare on the American people? Of course not. Will illegals have to buy healthcare? No. They will STILL be getting “free” care, paid by those who ARE required to buy ObamaCare approved healthcare or pay a “penalty.” (A “TAX” if you’re Justice Roberts.)

In short, thanks to ObamaCare, billions in healthcare costs for illegals will be neatly covered up by the individual mandate. And Democrats will eagerly state that illegals are NOT being covered by ObamaCare and that any healthcare expense associated with illegals is at worst minimal.

It is the GOP's only play. If they can frighten an additional 15-20% of voters about the horrors of this Republican health care plan........they might be able to make some gains in 2014.

There will be some logistical issues and there will be no shortage of false outrage as the law is implemented. You can bet that every glitch will be well publicized by the GOP media outlets.
