Did Medicare ever work?

There are the doctors and hospitals that won't take it. Then there's supplemental coverage, gap coverage and paying out of pocket for unapproved but ordered tests and procedures.

If you get through all that, you can still excceed covered hospitalizations and end up put out on the street. If you are very fortunate, you'll at least be dumped in a neighborhood you know.
