That's because of a strict new definition of who qualifies as American Indians.

To claim an exemption, a Native American must document his or her membership in one of 566 tribes recognized by the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs.

We took their land, put them in prison camps far from their original homes, left them with little or no way to earn a living, and now – we're going to take away the medical care they need?

So, all you who continue to support Obama, how can you defend this?
