Rush was talking about this today.

Since Obama ruled thru regulations and not law, it's relatively easy for the next president to undo much of the damage he did. Obama was the Great Destroyer. He destroyed many innocent lives and RULED as a dictator and harassed his enemies.

THAT is how he will be remembered.
