It's really too bad that Obama refused to incorporate even just two or three Republican provisions in the Affordable Care Act, such as not reclassifying a bunch of OTC drugs as prescriptions drugs and as HSA-ineligible, and such as ending the regional insurance monopolies. And keep in mind that during the 2008 campaign, Obama said over and over and over again that his health insurance plan would be VOLUNTARY.
