Obama helped get the Democratic Party in this situation. He should have pushed much harder for a public option for Obamacare when he had the chance back in 2009.

If he had done that, very few poor Americans would have ever voted Republican again. And Donald Trump would be making season 25 of the Apprentice right now....on the Fox Business Channel.

Obama chickened out.....and his wealthy Democratic donors made it easy for him to chicken out.

They are in a real pickle. They can't win without Progressives and they can't win with Progressives and both sides are trying to strong arm the other side into crying Uncle.
