Just like a UPS delivery driver has parcels he delivers on behalf of various shippers, I believe Obama has any number of clients whose goals he pursues one by one as he goes along.

In addition, he also has to slip in some accomplishments for himself to stay in office and remain politically viable. He is always just one step ahead of his opponents and adversaries, at least those he hasn't already neutralized with his suspected Voo Doo spell which he delivers in those one on one closed door meetings that leaves the visitor meek and very strangely compliant and malleable.

The other day he delivered a few crumbs to the Black clients.

But it was just that...crumbs. But, it keeps him in their good graces while he moves on to satisfy some other group and agenda.

And he needs to be removed from office as soon as possible...peacefully.
