Obama regime expands Syria sanctions

Instead of cutting support for terrorist groups in Syria, the Obama regime heinously expanded its Syria sanctions in order to weaken the Syrian government and military. The Obama regime blames its own behavior on the Syrian government as a reason: "destabilizing behavior".
