LOL! I have to laugh when I read threads (and stories) like these. I ALWAYS have a suspicion that there's some kind of misrepresentation goin on. And I am right again.

Obama blamed machines LIKE ATMs. It's a knock on both automation and productivity increases of the last few years which both permit employers to perform more task and complete more work while hiring fewer people.

And that’s better how? Are you really going to support the notion that the issue is productivity? Directive 10-289 anyone?
