I know polls are just snapshots of the moment but RCP has Obama getting near that infamous below 40% approval rating with 41% approve 54% disapprove what I found most telling is that Rasmussen which has had Obama at or close to 50% approval for awhile now and has been cited by the left here now has Obama at 45% approve 54% disapprove.
