when Obama comes to California (again) he can sign an executive order making the mt. Baldy area a national monument, probably this week.
the area is described as almost completely unregulated.
the feds are going to come in, ...spruce things up, ...move that rock over there...throw some soap on the grass...
and oh yeah, charge everyone fees to go there.
