Well consider this.. Obama and the Democrats ran the last election promising hope change and improving the tone in Washington... (ya.. right). then for this election they're playing the same old cards, race, class warfare, and those mean Republicans.

With Democrats in full control most of their cover been blown.. hopefully for a long time..

If you are talking about the Republican leadership, you're right. Go find out what the Republican leadership in congress is worth. Most have at least 10 million and many of them are worth tens of millions or hundreds of millions. Then compare them. No one is saying their aren't some rich Democrats (John Kerry is worth nearly three hundred million), but go to "Open Secrets" and compare the poorest members of the House and the Senate and you will find nearly all are Democrats.

OH BOY you missed it by a mile. The founding fathers did not have a hand out program they had a limited central government so there were no grovernment programs. They did not have a income tax. and yes taxes are stealing. You asked.

The taxes they set up were user fees, like fuel taxes to pay for roads and bridges.
