All the facts. Yes they had been convicted of crimes. They served their time and were reporting to ICE. ICE could have deported them years ago. (including under Trump's first term).

So 3 of them were picked up at their required check ins. They were then held in confinement despite the laws. The laws require deportation within 6 months. They were not wanted for anything other than past wrongs. You can't imprison someone forever for that.
