I didn't take it that way at all, since I know a bit about Rump's litigious frivoloty. Such as suing Palm Beach County (three times) because planes are flying over the estate that he didn't properly vet before buying; such as suing an author for estimating his net worth lower than his propaganda figure..... the threats on Jon Stewart and Rosie O'Donnell... I'm sure unpaid contractors have theirs the other way too but that's not what he's notorious for.
