NY Post — Fani Willis case against Trump ‘likely’ to be dropped.

That's not how that works you moron.

For instance Judge Chutkan rejected that argument in her court so Jack Smith was still the legal council in that case.

I'm not confused. Fani Willis charged multiple defendants with multiple crimes. Out of those dozens of charges only a handful were dismissed. The majority remain, including for Trump who's still facing multiple felonies. What did I say that was inaccurate?

I can accept that Jack Smith was dismissed from the legal documents case pending appeal, why do you soft frail MAGAts have such a hard time accepting the judgements made against him and the felonies he's still facing? Why do you only seem to believe in the legal system when it agrees with your feelings? :dunno:

The facts, whether you like it or not, is that President Trump is going to be sworn in next month and he will be exonerated from all of these bullshit charges.

You libs failed and failed bigly in your quest to Make America Mediocre Again.

Well that's not a fact or what exonerated means..... He's still going to be a convicted fraud and adjudicated sex abuser. Winning elections doesn't wipe away your legal judgments.

Greatness is subjective. What you're telling us is that you think electing a convicted fraud and sex abuser is what's great for America.

None of the dismissals said anything about political intent

Only that Trump is now bulletproof
Clearly, the democrats overreached, and in their glee at finally, FINALLY "getting" TRUMP! on SOMETHING after years of trying, totally mystified the electorate who looked at what was going on and asked, "Why are we supposed to hate this guy so much? I mean, a white collar "crime" where no one was hurt means he's Hitler reincarnated? That's ridiculous".

Affirmative Action/DEI needs to be banned completely.

Sincerely

Eric Holder
Kamala Harris
Fanni Willis

all of whom would never have passed the Bar Exam without racial preferences.

1) of course that's how it works, in the FL district that is law...while it's not binding on another district court, in another circuit, it is certainly presevatice case law, that iss ue was also being litgated there, when the Xiden admin dropped the charges, since the case was meaningless after the election

2) then why did you say dozens, when in fact there aren't dozens?

3) I don't, I can fully accept the political prosecutions against trump. Hence, why I call him America's Mandela.

Why do you only agree with the law when it sides with you emotionally?

Because there are dozens. The Fulton County case is a Rico case not just involving Trump but multiple other defendants each facing multiple felony counts. There are dozens of criminal charges in that case.

These weren't political prosecutions though, these are criminal prosecutions and civil judgments in the United States of America, not an apartheid legal system, but a legal system you support when it's judgements are in line with your feelings. You're being incredibly transparent here whether you're smart enough to realize it or not.

It's not a good look when a prosecutor fails to appear when subpoenaed. The lawfare cases against Trump have largely fallen apart.
The fat, ugly whore just keeps on losing.....

This nasty piece of work doesn't belong in Prison, she belongs under it

1) what are you talking about?
2) there aren't dozens involving Trump, who was who we were talking about....there never were.
3) Of course they were, Fani even campaigned on bringing them. Then she worked directly with the Xiden/Harris admin, along Dems on the Hill.

Huh?

Alvin Bragg, a prosecutor who is supposed to be impartial, ran for his position saying he would get Trump in jail.

Explain that in how there is no “political intent”
So did Lutecia James.

Both of them should be disbarred.

I think both step down soon or end up in Prison.

BTW, on their watch, the CEO of United Health was just gunned down. I think it was Antifa but the FBI says they don't exist so I must be wrong.

Point being, that while they're prosecuting an ex-Marine for doing his Civic Duty, they're allowing brazen assassinations to take place in Up-Scale neighborhoods. In full view of the Public.

Wait until the killer finds out silencers are illegal in NYC. He'll be in trouble then, betcha.

Nothing has changed. The Court ruled that presidents have immunity, something that they have always had.
You can see why it's needed. If they didn't have it no president would be able to function because they would all be sued into Oblivion 7 days a week for the duration of their term. I guess that probably leaves some room for abuse but you have to take the good with the bad.... The provision is necessary.

And if the president does commit criminal acts, is he still immune, even after leaving office? It used to be, he was NOT.....

Did this supreme court change that? YES, they did....

The president has always been immune from criminal liability for official acts as president

The demafascit corrupt and unprecedented move to weaponize rheir office to prosecute political rivals is the only new thing that happened

No, they didn't. The ruling says a president has immunity while executing official acts.
