Nuts are a Major Protein Source for Me

I just had my second ever colonoscopy last month, and like the first in about 2010, there was nothing to see.

Yes, I regularly consume nuts. Peanuts (a legume) and pecans mostly.

I am definitely NUTZ for for nuts & U can bet the lil cutie pie below will grow up to be nutz for nuts also...

Oh my goodness...what a coinkidink. I kid you not, I JUST saw that exact same little baby deer, just a while ago... But not in a video, in an image. What are the odds??? Here is what I'm talking about:

And the funny thing is, when I saw that image, you came to my mind... because I know you love deer. I thought about posting it, too. So how cool to see you post that video with the same image! :)

Anyway... I too am in the nutz for nuts club. haha! 🥜 🙌

I love nuts but they are high caloric so go easy... and eggs are nature's multivitamin... eat all the eggs you want...

I appreciate U for thinking of me I really do! I am never too far from the 4 legged loves of my life, that's the primary reason I am living in the middle of a crop field. The creatures are pretty precious to us for sure! When it comes to the creatures U & me are running close to parallel but U R more "pure" than I am for sure. Those Chinese Water Deer fawns are the 1st non-CBT fawns that I rate as cute as the Columbian Black Tailed Deer fawns(I'm hopelessly biased towards the CBT deer). The three species of the Vampire class of deer are unique in several ways not the least is their often mentioned fanatical bond, ESPECIALLY the "REEVES" species of the Muntiacus genus towards their human counterpart(singular). Below link, Reeves Muntjac fawns are the only Vampire class of fawns available to the public here in our USA;

Above link; "BOTTLE-BABY EXOTIC HOOFSTOCK" the LARGEST upper case words on the entire page! Like do U think they know their target market or what!!! "B-A-B-Y SEASON Is Right Around The Corner!" "Join Our W-A-I-T-I-N-G List Today." Those knockout fawns anchor all of us in the lifestyle ESPECIALLY the women. I have noticed that the vast majority of deer whisperers are women. I think that many women that are drawn into our deer whispering community are more mature in age & are looking to raise another family, the payoff is they get 1 to 4 new grandbabies every year from every doe in the herd. No bills, no hassles, no arguing with a human counterpart just a trouble free family with the cutest lil 4 legged baboos imaginable.

Below; super short muzzle, cone shaped face(Spy vs. Spy/Mad magazine!) teddy bear button eyes & teddy bear button nose make this lil Chinese Water fawn as cute as they can get!

Deer, to know them is to luv them! Till next time!

Do you have high cholesterol? Then you need the Brazil nut. And you don't need to eat them daily, and a single serving is only two to four of them.

Look at what science has discovered it does to Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) or the "bad" cholesterol.

And it is the best source for Selenium, which is also a cancer fighter, and is needed by your thyroid and immune system

Yes, it lowers bad cholesterol.

And what about the good cholesterol, the High Density Lipoprotein?

Fixes that, too.

"Interestingly, the ingestion of 20 g of Brazil nut determined a more pronounced decrease in LDL-c levels as well as a higher increase in HDL-c than did 50 g. These results suggest that eating an average of 4 nuts might be enough to improve the levels of LDL-c and HDL-c for up to 30 days."
