I saw a blip about this becoming a thing as well. How long until one of these cruise lines starts advertising a 'retirement' ship. Only retirees.

If I ever have to go in one I may check it out.
Althrough I gained 10lbs in 10 days, even though I skipped many courses and ate a small breakfast, then walked around the ship several times.
