A nuclear-free Middle East is the only long-lasting solution for the Middle-East.
This means in practice, that Israel's Nuclear Program must be under the supervision of the world community.
But, no matter what the world opinion is, only USA has currently the power to disarm Israel. Israel lives under protection of US umbrella, it is untouchable in-front of World-community and the world communitie's institutions.
The world is constantly changing, people tend to think and project a future upon current arrangement of world order. But order of Israel's geography and world order in general will be adjusted for a more healthy co-existence of countires based on equality and the principle of law.
We are currently witnessing double-standards when the subject is Israel. This is not because the world likes Israel so much, but Israel's lobby-bitching in the capital of the world's superpower.
USA won't solve the problems of Middle-East, USA won't introduce a system of equality in the Middle-East. In short, USA and Israel are too interdependent for the USA to solve the Middle-East's issues as an impartial actor.
Israelian influence in domestic politics of USA causes the USA to have a view on Middle-East based primarily on the interests of Israel. Simple as that.
But, luckily the US supremacy is eroding thanks to the policies of the Bush administration. Nothing eveolves in Middle-East like USA wishes. It lost most of its capability of agenda-setting for the region and is redeploying from there.
Iran war etc. won't happen, maybe sanctions of a "coalition of willing" that's it.
With eroding influence of USA in this geography, Israel also will be reincarnated into a new order of accountability.
I am no Nostradamus, and I am not talking of a distant future. And ultimatively Israel will be disarmed, not by will of USA and not in USA's world order as sole superpower.
