I've been saying this for 7 ******* years. Once every other month when we pointlessly try to repeal Obamacare

They may not have gotten the whole thing but large portions have been repealed or lost funding. Unfortunately the bulk of maobabacare is in entitlement spending that is automatically funded and requires a presidential signature or veto override to repeal it. Maybe if we get the right president, entitlement spending can be returned to the normal budget process.
