If you're having a bad day, just be happy you're not an American oil company CEO.

Their legal, fiduciary obligation is to maximize shareholder value. And now Trump, who does no research on anything, is leaning on them to "invest" in Venezuela.

They know what a lousy deal this is. They know everything could change if Trump's in a bad mood one day, or gets his feelings hurt. They know that everything could be turned upside down over an election or anything else. They want no part of this. And Exxon is now on his shit list for just saying what they think.

But if they and the others don't comply they could be fucked. That's how fascism works. Mussolini, the Father of Fascism, called it "corporatism", because he used the power of his corporations to do his political/personal billing.

So cheer up. Things could be worse for you.

This is beyond sad.

You mean the wonderful Big Oil companies we have all grown to love and adore thanks to the Left are upset as gas prices come down for the average American?

Will you try to Charlie Kirk Trump again?
