I guess I stand corrected. The defense, the prosecutors, the judges and the entirety of both sides legal scholars missed the victim requirement.

Trump's only hope now is whoever rules on the appeal is familiar with the victim requirement and that person rules appropriately.

Hopefully between now and then Trump's legal team orchestrates that defense moving forward...but one must wonder why it wasn't brought up in the courtroom previously.

The banks did there own appraisal of Trumps properties. It is the norm of loans when net properties are used as collateral. Once the banks determined the value of said property and both parties agreed on the terms of the loan then and only then was the loan issed. The banks that issued the loan said they were never swindled by Trump and would be glad to do business with him again. This was a joke. We know it. Keep turning a blind eye to the completed weaponization of our sytems and see want happens. If we the people keep allowing this to happen. We will be just like Cuba in less than 10 years.
