It is an interesting answer to the problem of packages being stolen. The door is unlocked for 5 mins, and each entry is a one time deal. It is also on camera, so you can watch or so you can have evidence of delivery/problems.

We have dogs and a pet door to the backyard. Wouldn't work for us anyway.
