Unless there is evidence the men involved in getting the transplants were ineligible in some way, or that the Hospital or doctor circumvented the established process for who gets transplants and when, this is nothing more than an attempt to tarnish by inuendo.

The story even specifies no such evidence is available. It further stipulates that the men were not barred from the program in any manner.
