True story. I once had a gym membership in an adjacent town. Not much of a haul to get there. One day I realized that I was paying lots of monthly “dues” for no discernible reason. So, I got up and made ready for a workout at the gym. I got there and it was closed.

It had gone out of business over a year earlier.

I guess I hadn’t been to the gym in a while.
