Let's hold our horss a minute before we get into that question. "Mr." "Miss" "Mrs." are all outdated in my part of the world but in other parts of the world I have no problem with it. There's also "Doctor" and the the respectful versions of "you" (for the elderly) in other languages ..... OK. No problem for me. But now you want to enter the nitty-gritty of this business ......

Making people remove their pronouns from their email signature block seems particularly hateful to me.

.... are you talking about the new-fangled trans (etc.) fake pronouns? In my opinion, there is no "hate" in removing that stuff. I stand by that statement. If you want to debate the issue with me you'll have to do it alone. FYI, a fake non-gender third-person pronoun was introduced "over here" a few years ago. I've only heard 2 feminists use it. But humans put too much emphasis on labels, catagories, and "classes" on each other, with brings us all down to a degraded level. I've learned to NOT rely on that stuff, as it is all bullshit and smoke and mirrors.

I try and take people for who THEY are, what THEY do, and how THEY act.
And I treat them according to the kind of person they've shown me they are.

So most people I treat decently, and use my manners.
