In the 1980’s we learned that bank regulation was a good thing. We learned it by having the Government bail out the Savings and Loan industry to the tune of Billions of dollars.

We forgot that lesson and lo and behold had to learn it again in 2008.

Well we have really learned it this time. Nope. Banks failed again not ten years later after we, wait for it, reduced regulations to make it easier for banks to succeed.

Tax cuts. We also cut services don’t we? That ends up with more homeless. More people needing assistance that isn’t there. Then of course the same people shouting give me my money to the tax man are always the ones shouting the loudest about the homeless clogging up the streets.

Then people turn to crime to get the money and we hear about how awful it is that women are prostitutes and people are dealing drugs or robbing.

So here is where I need your help. If tax cuts are so good for the economy why don’t we see homelessness and crime drop?

Welfare is good for people. Anytime the government takes less of or gives out money is a good thing for the people..
The problem is the government gives more than it takes in. They either need to give less opr take in more.

Did you not read the article? The economy boomed with the tax cuts medium income was raised tremendously. I think you'll find homelessness is highest in blue States, why would that be?
