"NFL Rules Analyst Admits ‘Iffy’ Calls ‘Seem’ to Have Gone Chiefs Way, Denies Intent
Former Vice President of Officiating and current FOX Sports NFL Rules Analyst Mike Pereira says he “understands” why some believe referees show favoritism to the Kansas City Chiefs but called the notion that referees are intentionally making calls for the Chiefs “ridiculous.”

Pereira appeared on Friday morning’s edition of Fox & Friends to address the widespread claim that NFL officials favor the Chiefs.

“I mean, I think I would say what [NFL Commissioner] Roger Goodell said, which I try not to use harsh words. I understand why they think that, because the numbers point that different and the iffy calls seem to have gone the Chiefs way, but to think that there is intent is really ridiculous and that’s the term that Roger used,” Pereira said."

Will the Eagles get a fair shot against the Kansas City Swifties? I doubt it. I trust the NFL as far as I can throw it.

Saying, yes the referee's have favored the Chiefs but they didn't intentionally do so does not make a good look for the NFL.

Best case they are saying their referee's can't fairly call a game.

Kelse gets fined for taunting but it's the other team that drew the flag.

It will be VERY interesting to watch the officiating. The 4th down call against the Bills was inexcusable. "AFTER REVIEW, WE DECIDED TO IGNORE THE VIDEO EVIDENCE". There should be a prop bet on a Saquon Barkley touchdown wiped out with a holding call.

So did you whack-jobs hate the Chiefs before the Taylor Swift thing or only after that development?

Boom. Even Mike Pereira says that the calls have been lopsided in favor of the Chiefs.

It seems like the only people who don’t see this are Chiefs fans.

Agreed. I wonder if Taylor understands the game yet beyond Travis catching a ball is good?

I don't suppose it matters much.

I watch the Olympics with things like gymnastics but I really don't understand the scoring.

The NFL fixing games? Say it ain’t so. This is all about ratings and Taylor Swift with absolutely nothing about sports. Why people watch this stuff is puzzling to me.

 Indeed, why people did not stop watching nfl football starting back in the early 2000s when it was soooooooo obvious the cheatriots had the refs in their pockets the fact the opposing team always had a bad call go against them at the most crucial time of the game costing them the game but the pats always got all the calls NEVER having a bad call go against them and none of the owners did anything about their cheating proving they are in on it as well,WHY people would still watch these games all these later is beyond me drudge X :cuckoo:

Chiefs games I will admit I still watch but that’s only because Mahomes is the most exciting quarterback to come along and watch sense Joe Montana and John elway, you know you are watching a legend in action.if not fir Mahomes I would have nothing to do with the NFL.

So you do understand why people didn't quit watching.
