It's a joke.... Any real investigation is going to find hundreds of emails from concerned officials, letters.... Phone calls and other types of communications about the situation going to the governor's office and being completely ignored.
There's no way the insurance companies went through there and canceled thousands of policies without local officials taking notice and sounding the alarm. It's just basically not possible.
